One of our premier clients is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Data & Analytics initiatives within a Microsoft technology environment. This role requires a highly experienced PM with a strong background managing large-scale Microsoft data platform implementations involving Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Mart, and Data Warehouse solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple technical and business teams, ensuring project milestones, sprint activities, risks, dependencies, and releases are effectively managed from initiation through deployment.
Required Skills- Strong experience leading Microsoft-based Data & Analytics projects
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience implementing Data Mart and Data Warehouse solutions
- Strong project management experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise using Microsoft Project and Jira for project delivery
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
- Experience creating, tracking, and managing Jira tickets, dependencies, milestones, and releases
- Experience mapping workflows and running sprints in Jira
- Strong experience running stand‑ups and coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Ability to manage risks, issues, escalations, and project timelines effectively
- Strong collaboration skills working with Development, QA, UAT, Infrastructure, Analytics, and Business teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving accountability and ensuring timely delivery across programs
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise Data & Analytics projects
- Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation
- Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and releases
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and status meetings
- Create and manage Jira tickets, workflows, and sprint boards
- Monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
- Track project progress using Microsoft Project and Jira
- Support release planning, testing coordination, and production deployments
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of modern Microsoft Data & Analytics architecture
- Experience supporting cloud‑based analytics platforms and reporting solutions
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
