Role Overview
Join our team as an IT Engineer and make an impact in Federal Intelligence Operations. You ll be a critical player in delivering Tier II support across multiple large enterprise environments that include both Windows and Linux-based desktop and server systems.
What You Will DoYour primary responsibilities will include system administration, Linux desktop support, troubleshooting, user experience improvement, customer support, proactive solutions, collaboration, and incident management.
Why It Might Be a FitWe re looking for an experienced IT professional with hands-on expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, particularly with a strong emphasis on Linux desktop support and troubleshooting.
Requirements- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent technical training, work, or military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in systems administration supporting both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
- A valid DoD Information Assurance (IA) certification (such as CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) is necessary;
CompTIA Security+ CE is preferred. - Must obtain DoD 8570 Computing Environment (CE) training within 6 months of hire.
