Role Overview
As a Senior Service Now Services Consultant, you will lead and ensure the successful delivery of Service Now implementation and support engagements. You will drive business development in the sector, including supporting the execution of the segment strategy, evangelizing Service Now platform solutions internally, and supporting pre-sales activities. You will also be accountable for ensuring the overall delivery execution quality of Service Now platform engagements in the segment.
WhatYou Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading large client implementation and support engagements, driving revenue of all Service Now solution offerings across businesses, building and developing relationships with segment teams, and supporting the practice leadership team to develop sales strategies for growing the practice.

You will also need to have business development skills, experience with project management and Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery standards, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance.
Requirements- Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of professional experience
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with Service Now Applications
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices up to 3 days per week
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance
- Deep technical understanding of Service Now Platform - Expertise with multiple solution areas
- Active Service Now certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Expert business development skills as well as managing relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Business operations and/or strategic planning experience
- Demonstrable skills of managing multiple clients
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Project Management and Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery standards
