ServiceNow SPM Adoption & Enablement Consultant

Role Overview

The Service Now SPM Adoption & Enablement Consultant will support the successful implementation, adoption, and long-term optimization of Service Now SPM within a large enterprise HR Portfolio and Project Management organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience implementing Service Now SPM, developing PMO governance, creating training programs, and leading enterprise-wide adoption initiatives.

Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for Service Now SPM, advising PMO leadership on portfolio, program, project, demand, and resource management best practices, and recommending governance frameworks, workflows, reporting solutions, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will help organizations successfully transition to Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management by driving user adoption, establishing governance standards, creating scalable training programs, and enabling long-term operational success.

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Proven experience leading enterprise SPM/PPM transformations
• Experience training PMOs, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Program Management, Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Governance
• Experience developing SOPs, training materials, user documentation, and knowledge articles
• Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and organizational adoption initiatives
