As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with P&L responsibility, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality of service and profitability for our cybersecurity consulting practice. You will be responsible for managing client relationships in our energy sector, delivering high‑quality consulting services, and ensuring the financial success of your projects.

• Client Acquisition and Management:
  Identify and develop new client relationships, foster strong partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Project Management:
  Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and proposal development to delivery and invoicing
• Financial Performance:
  Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support
• Service Delivery:
  Ensure the delivery of high‑quality cybersecurity consulting services that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Business Development:
  Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls)
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leading selection and implementation of enterprise level cyber security tools
• Experience developing security architecture based on a firm’s risk profile

• Translating business requirements into actionable business plans
• Mentoring, coaching Jr. team members
• Proficient with industry tools and problem‑solving techniques
• CISSP or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Operational technology/industrial control systems
