The Program Delivery Manager, Lead will drive delivery excellence across a varied portfolio of enterprise technologies, platforms, and strategic transformation initiatives. This leader will oversee complex, multi-team programs, ensuring alignment to CIO priorities, predictable execution, platform reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
What You Will DoLead planning, execution, and delivery of major programs within the Enterprise Platforms portfolio, manage program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and dependencies in alignment with CIO priorities.

Requirements- 8+ years of experience with program or project management within technology, enterprise platforms, or IT operations
- Experience leading large-scale programs with complex dependencies, multiple teams, and executive visibility
- Experience with Agile and SAFe, enterprise delivery frameworks, and modern collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Service Now
- Experience managing risk, financials, and resource allocation for multi-disciplinary programs
- Experience with Platform lifecycle management, risk and dependency management, and change management
- Experience with strategic program planning
- Experience with Agile delivery
