Salesforce is seeking a Lead Incident Responder for the Gov Cloud CSIRT to provide 24x7 security monitoring and rapid incident response. You will act as a technical escalation point, coordinating across teams to handle high-severity incidents and insider or web attacks in the FedRAMP environment.
You will drive automation and process improvements, support 24x7 operations, and interact with executive leadership on incident impact and remediation progress.
