Citrix Infrastructure Administrator

TDI is looking for a Citrix Infrastructure Administrator with the ability to configure, administer, and sustain an enterprise Citrix environment supporting geographically distributed users. This role is responsible for day-to-day health, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance, and security integration for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix ADC (Net Scaler).

This position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VAand requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

• Configure and maintain CVAD and Citrix ADC (Net Scaler), including associated access components (e.g., Store Front, Citrix Gateway) as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user connectivity, latency, and performance issues across geographic locations.
• Perform routine patching, system health checks, upgrades, and firmware updates for Citrix infrastructure, hypervisors, and supporting platforms.
• Manage security and access, including Active Directory integration, user/group access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Automate provisioning and administrative tasks using Power Shell (or similar scripting).
• Document configurations and operational procedures; support incident/change workflows.

• CBA degree and 4+ years experience with enterprise virtualization architectures and Citrix technologies (e.g., Xen App, Xen Desktop, Store Front, Citrix Gateway/CVAD). Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Citrix ADC (Net Scaler).
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL/TLS certificates.
• Candidate must possess an active DOD Top Secret level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
• Candidate must be willing to take and maintain a CI/Poly
• 8570 IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE)
• Citrix certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) or Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V).
• PAY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
