We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide IT administration and technical support for agency-specific software and hardware systems. This role involves supporting approximately 200 IT devices, including desktops, laptops, phones, and printers, within a medical facility environment. The position is based in Warrenton, VA, with some required travel to regional offices.

• Provide IT administration and technical support for agency-specific software and hardware systems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain PC desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
• Configure and troubleshoot Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and provide training for email applications, including Google Suite.
• Manage IT inventory control and track support activities through a ticketing system.
• Resolve issues related to desktop and laptop hardware, software applications, and telephone systems.
• Set up, configure, and manage routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and report security incidents.
• Monitor network and computer systems performance.
  
  Document system changes, update training materials, and create new procedures.

• Proficient knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome.
• Knowledge of the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, peripherals, and networking.
• Experience with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Working knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with email application installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic experience with IT inventory control, ticketing systems, and reporting.
• Basic experience with analog and digital phone configuration and troubleshooting.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation are required for occasional travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Must possess professional and courteous communication skills, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with McAfee Anti-Virus Software and Adobe Acrobat.
• Good understanding of Network and IT security principles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.
