This is a full‑time remote role for an Employee Benefits Producer - Voluntary Benefits. In this position, you will be responsible for the acquisition and management of client accounts, with a focus on voluntary employee benefit plans. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, advising on benefits administration, and delivering excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining strong client relationships are essential aspects of the role.

• Expertise or Interest in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
• Knowledge of Insurance products and policies related to voluntary benefits
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Experience with sales and client acquisition in the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus
• Life & Health Insurance License (or Ability to Obtain)
