Minimum 1+ years interpreter experience required.

Are you an experienced Sign Language Interpreter in Illinois looking for a new opportunity? We have the perfect job for you! This is your chance to work with a marvelous school district in the Hampshire area for the upcoming  school year.

• Interpret spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) or another required sign system and vice versa.
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, staff, and peers in various settings, including classrooms, assemblies, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Provide support to deaf or hard‑of‑hearing students to ensure they understand instructions, assignments, and educational content.
• This is a full‑time position, working with elementary school.
• Pay - $33-36/hr

• Bachelor's Degree focusing in American Sign Language preferred.
• Must have 3.2 EIPA and hold or be able to apply for PEL for interpreters in Illinois.
