CLEAResult is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer for Production Support to ensure the stability and performance of our Salesforce platform. This role will serve as the highest level technical escalation point, resolving complex production issues and leading incident triage for effective resolution.
Ideal candidates must have 8+ years of Salesforce experience and be proficient in Apex, LWC, and Flows, as well as have a proven ability to mentor others and drive platform improvements. Target compensation ranges from $115,000 to $125,000.
