Technical Service Representative

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Technical Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location.

• Provide technical support to in‑house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products, including on‑call support on weekends and holidays.
• Respond to inquiries from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.
• Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.
• Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems.
• Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Good communication skills and phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
