We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Technical Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location.
Job Description- Provide technical support to in‑house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products, including on‑call support on weekends and holidays.
- Respond to inquiries from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.
- Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.
- Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems.
- Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Good communication skills and phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
