You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This is a hands-on position. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Responsibilities include cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, image standards, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Pass applicable background checks.

• Training:
  Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
• Communication:
  Ability to give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Math:
  Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Monetary:
  Must be able to give correct change.
• Verbal and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements.
• Computer skills:
  Enter orders using keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather, temperature ranges, fumes, dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and mechanical parts.
• Sensing:
  Hearing on telephone, near/mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperaments:
  Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet quality control standards, analyze data, and make decisions.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying heavy items (30 lbs sauce, up to 12 lbs trays), pushing/pulling dollies, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching above 72 inches.

• Deliver product to customer doors and to specified areas.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle.
• Navigate maps, GPS and adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.
• Carry multiple deliveries while walking and climbing stairs.
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customers.
