Job Overview
Manager, Customer Logistics oversees day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Leads direct reports and achieves daily operational goals.
Responsibilities- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
- Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management and compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work within international functional teams
- High level analytical ability; solve unusual, difficult problems
- Technical and professional expertise in job‑related area
- Off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises
- Timely decision making
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Build and maintain professional relationships at all levels
- Independent work and team member in a fast‑paced environment
- Multi‑tasking, highly organized, excellent time management
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Logistics industry knowledge, customer/company local & federal regulations, supply chain management components, manufacturing and production knowledge
- High School diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred - Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry related field
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced);
Logistics industry knowledge (advanced);
Knowledge of customer/local & federal regulations (advanced);
Fundamental supply chain knowledge (intermediate);
Strong manufacturing & production knowledge (advanced)

Salary range: $65,000–$70,000 per year plus potential annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level or type.
