Key Responsibilities
- Direct purchase of NN products from internal suppliers including NN HQ and Site Tianjin, maintenance of purchasing document/records.
- Purchasing related documents preparation and documentation.
- Supporting on customs clearance of imported products.
- Inventory planning and optimization.
- Proceed purchase return.
- Supporting on quality audit, documents update and feedback quality issue to related functions.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Major in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry or Biology is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in order management, direct purchasing, import operations or related data processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with GSP, GMP and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations is a plus.
