• Serve as the central point of contact for IT Commercial‑off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) products and provide limited hardware and software services to a broad customer base.
• Work a Monday‑Friday eight‑hour daily schedule with variable hours between 08:00 and 18:30.
• Use technical judgement to maintain and utilize the customer‑approved product list and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions to Raytheon program management based on customer interactions.
• Execute selected improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work.
• Active, transferable, and final U.S. government‑issued Top security/Sci clearance with a Poly required prior to start date.
• Experience with supply‑chain management, IT technical expertise, and customer service.

• Experience with Technologies program management based on customer interactions.
• Experience in logistics (material acquisition and handling).
• Familiarity with technical systems engineering, integration, or IT.
• Proactive, collaborative, delivery‑focused, team player.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary range: 75,800 USD – 144,200 USD.
