About the Role:

Join our team at a community-focused food pantry dedicated to supporting low‑income families. As a Hunger Relief Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in managing daily operations, including food collection, stocking, distribution, and client intake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Intake & Referrals: Perform client intakes, assess eligibility for services, and manage client data.
• Food Stocking & Distribution: Stock shelves, conduct food donation pickups, process donations, and maintain inventory.
• Collaboration & Assistance: Work with volunteers, assist with seasonal programs, and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and vehicles.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong customer service skills;
  Spanish language skills are a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle physical tasks
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
