Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinating door-to-door equipment deliveries from internal and external suppliers
• Executing correct shipping documentation
• Booking trucks
• Following up on shipments
• Approving shipping invoices for payment
• Tracking shipments ad-hoc (import & domestic) and reporting to stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting equipment delivery status
• Reviewing and approving invoices from carriers and freight forwarders

• 3 years of experience in logistics coordination
• 2 years of experience working in commercial logistics/supply chain importing and exporting execution of the following:
  • Shipping certificates
  • Customs duty & import VAT (value-added tax) rules regarding cross border shipments and invoicing
  • Working knowledge of proper procedures and processes related to all INCOTERMS
  • Customs invoice & Packing lists
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Someone who is resilient/quick thinker and can face problems (lots of change with tariffs) Bachelors in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Trade
