Responsibilities for this position include the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds for the YMCA branch and property. The direct service position requires completing cleaning and maintenance assignments. Be prepared to work after hours, weekends, and holidays. Some lifting will be required.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience with custodian work, cleaning and maintenance. Must have knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in custodial work as well as the ability to observe and report needs for maintenance and supplies. Dependability, attention to detail and relationship building skills are required.

Starting salary is $42,000 based on experience and qualifications.
