You will be responsible for keeping our property in excellent condition, overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers, ensuring every task is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. From maintaining and repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, to assisting with the upkeep of common areas and property buildings, you will be hands‑on in every aspect of property maintenance.

• Oversee apartment work orders and turnovers to prepare units for new residents.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain common areas and property buildings to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure everything functions properly and stays in top condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address maintenance requests with a positive attitude.
• Manage daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshoot unexpected issues, making each day unique and engaging.

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance or a similar field (residential community experience preferred).
• CFC & HVAC certification (preferred).
• Experience or training in plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for solving problems effectively.
