• Performing janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of commercial facilities.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms.
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers.
• Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Other tasks as required.

• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Must have ability to work both independently, and as a team member.
• Must be detail oriented and care about service quality.
• Must have time management skills to be able to complete tasks within the allotted budgeted time.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
