Office Manager – Chesterfield Towne Center

As the Office Manager at Chesterfield Towne Center, you will manage daily office operations and provide administrative and organizational support to ensure seamless property performance and alignment with ownership goals.

To succeed, you should have:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with shopping mall property management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, tenants, and ownership.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Your responsibilities as the Office Manager at Chesterfield Towne Center will include:
  • Oversee Human Resource functions, including hiring, benefits administration, and compliance with employment requirements.
  • Support property management operations, including contract coordination, construction updates, insurance claims, and lease data management.
  • Manage tenant and contractor communications, organize files, and prepare notices, memos, and correspondence for all departments.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including answering calls, maintaining office systems, and implementing process improvements.
  • Assist with financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, tenant billing, sales tracking, reporting, and audit preparation.
