Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an experienced Division Operations Manager to lead and grow our client's Mid-Atlantic electrical division. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, focused on driving operational excellence across commercial and data center projects.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the electrical division, including project execution, staffing, scheduling, and safety
• Own and manage division P&L, forecasting, and financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Drive consistency, accountability, and best practices across all projects
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, staffing, and process improvement
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in electrical construction operations
• Strong background in commercial and data center projects
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, margins, and overall financial performance
• Ability to lead teams, scale operations, and manage multiple complex projects
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
