Role Overview
Phoenix Staging + Design is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory readiness, and logistics coordination across our Northern Virginia and Maryland locations. This role serves as the central coordination point between warehouse logistics, administrative scheduling, and design teams to ensure staging installs and destages are prepared accurately and executed efficiently.
The position is primarily warehouse-based and focused on organization, planning, and inventory control, with occasional box truck driving support when operationally necessary.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations across multiple locations
- Coordinate install and destage schedules with administrative and operations teams
- Pull, verify, and prepare inventory for staging projects with a strong focus on accuracy and asset protection
- Maintain warehouse organization, layout systems, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor inventory condition and track damaged or missing items
- Implement systems that improve warehouse organization and inventory control
- Lead and support warehouse assistants to ensure project readiness
- Oversee equipment readiness and warehouse safety standards
- Provide occasional box truck driving support when needed

- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, or operations support
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with warehouse or inventory software (Stageforce preferred)
- Inventory control and warehouse organization experience
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license with box truck driving experience (occasional driving required)
- Ability to obtain DOT certification
- Reliable transportation between warehouse locations
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
