About this position – This is a senior role that will be supported by our PMO Office. Responsibilities for This role include, but not limited to guiding complex projects, bridging business strategy with technical execution, responsible for client success, team leadership, risk management, and delivering high-value solutions.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Defines project vision, sets direction, and ensures alignment with business goals.
• Project Execution:
  Oversees complex project plans, resources, and timelines, often handling high-stakes initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Builds trust, manages expectations, and serves as a primary point of contact.

  Experience:
  
  Must have experience in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Management using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project among others.
• Team & Stakeholder Management:
  Mentors junior consultants, resolves conflicts, and communicates effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Methodology & Standards:
  Develops and implements project management best practices, templates, and metrics.
• Problem Solving:
  Uses deep analytical skills to tackle challenges and adapt strategies.
• Workload continuity :
  Support clients during team’s vacancy at client’s site or virtual.
• A bachelor degree is required for this role; PMI Certification is preferred with 5 to 10+ years of working experience as supervisor or manager in leading team. Previous work in Software development, IT, Industrial Construction Rail, and Transportation.

Aa a Project Principal Consultant working at Haalufa USA, Inc you’ll be responsible to manage a group of 4 to 6 professionals within our firm to support specific clients’ assignment and their needs, ensure resources are trained to perform their workloads on a daily basis. Furthermore, in case of vacancy or abandonment or resignation by an assigned resource, the Project Principal Consultant will ensure that Client’s work is continuing without interruption.

The Project Principal Consultant will be expected to carry the workload, or to share it with other teammates until a successful replacement is hired to fill the vacate position.
