We are a global leader in advanced thermal management and manufacturing solutions for mission-critical environments, serving industries such as data centers, HVAC, and industrial facilities. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical projects from start to finish; coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects meet technical, operational, and business goals.

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commissioning teams
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and vendors
• Support process improvements and maintain project documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in technical or industrial environments
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and budgets
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)

PMP or PRINCE2 certification, experience in HVAC/manufacturing, controls/BMS, commissioning, or global projects
