A regional quilting museum is seeking an Assistant Director to manage day-to-day operations including gift shop management, program development and volunteer coordination. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in a museum or related field, excellent customer service and organizational skills, and a passion for quilting. This full-time role is based on-site, with an expected salary range of $40,000 – $42,000.
