Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the trade marketing work especially the brand Coleman to support China Coleman sales team to deliver top line sales and bottom line target across multiple Trades, market verticals and categories activities.
- Develop an annual Trade / regional strategy which is aligned with Brand, and Sales strategies
- Accelerates profitable growth for our brands aligned with business strategy and brand positioning strategies.
- Identify potential customer / Trade conflicts/risks and recommend resolutions.
- Provides coordinated strategies within and across Trades / regions, delivering sustainable, profitable growth across all Trades / regions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of brand and customer strategies.
- Identify and recommend business and Trade distribution opportunities within Trades.
- Develops an annual calendar of strategic initiatives, prioritizing within Trades / regions and brands.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of combined trade, brand management experience is essential, and/or sales experience with a proven track record of results as plus
- 3+ years as a team leader
- Multinational companies working experience will be preferable.
- Retail/Outdoor Experience Preferred
