What You’ll Be Responsible For Operational Leadership- Manage communication between TMG, customer field teams, and service providers
- Oversee daily maintenance activity within your assigned territory
- Facilitate work orders from dispatch through completion
- Ensure timely processing of all maintenance and service requests
- Monitor service providers’ activity and documentation within the TMG platform
- Conduct spot audits to verify work completion before invoice approval
- Perform Quality Assurance audits to maintain high performance standards
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoice submission
- Develop strong relationships with current providers
- Identify and onboard replacement providers when needed
- Evaluate performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Stay adaptable to shifting priorities and business‑critical initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in Field Management or similar operational leadership role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance operations
- Detail‑oriented with a high standard of accuracy
- Confident communicator (verbal and written)
- Comfortable managing vendors and holding partners accountable
High school diploma or GED required | College education preferred
Physical & Environmental Requirements- Sitting, standing, and computer/phone use
- Reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing stairs/ladders
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when conducting audits
