What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team for outside direct sales
  • Increase market share and achieve performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
  • Meet or exceed overall sales quotas for the assigned region
  • Implement key operational initiatives while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards
  • Conduct ongoing mentoring and coaching in the field to develop successful Account Executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
  • At least 2 years of people management responsibilities
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to conduct difficult conversations
  • Proven leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales
  • Experience with HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top sales talent
  • Proven track record of high yield business sales success
  • Well-honed negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
