  • Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal execution teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day project execution, maintaining clear, proactive communication with the Coach team.
Operational & Technical Oversight
  • Review and approve design and architectural fixture drawings prior to release.
  • Monitor production status at manufacturing facilities to ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
  • Identify risks early and drive corrective actions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial & Commercial Management
  • Support estimating, costing, and margin management for assigned programs.
  • Track project financials, monitor variances, and partner with Sales and Operations to protect gross margin.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and scalability.
Client Partnership & Team Leadership
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Coach team, operating with a strong customer‑advocacy mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Field Services, and global operations teams.
  • Mentor and support junior Project Managers, Project Coordinators, or Project Administrators as needed.
  • Uphold idX standards of professionalism, accountability, and execution excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of project or program management experience; retail, fixture, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multiphase programs with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and installation workflows.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost tracking, and margin awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
