We're partnering with a growing global manufacturer on a search for a Director of Global Supply Chain to help lead the next phase of the company's evolution.
With a strategic growth plan expected to double the business over the next 5-10 years
, the organization is investing heavily in expansion, acquisitions, operational excellence, and scalable supply chain capabilities. This leader will have significant visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the future direction of the business.
- Develop and execute global supply chain strategy to support growth
- Lead sourcing, planning, supplier management, and logistics initiatives
- Drive cost reduction, working capital improvements, and risk mitigation
- Enhance systems, analytics, and process standardization
- Partner cross-functionally to improve performance across the business
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Strong expertise in sourcing, supplier development, and cost management
- Experience leading Lean, continuous improvement, or transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and S&OP processes
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Direct impact on enterprise strategy and long-term growth
