The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.00 - $24.00. The full pay range is $22.00 - $37.40. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and, in some instances, education, work experience, and certifications. Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring guests get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely, efficiently and effectively to deliver convenience and quality for our guests.

ROLE OVERVIEW
  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest‑first culture on your team
  • Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotion strategies
  • Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
  • Process improvements and workload efficiency
  • Leading a team of hourly team members, including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
  • Ensure every team member understands, is trained and consistently delivers on Target’s guest‑experience commitments and consistent operations.
  • Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest‑experience moments.
  • Review area guest, financial and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, take action to improve, and align team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrating wins, driving results that elevate the guest experience.
  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest‑service experience. Model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard.
  • Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, understanding your role in supporting sales growth and how your department and team contribute to total store profitability, in support of your direct leader.
  • Utilize your workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload and all orders are fulfilled to meet delivery, freshness and service standards.
  • Review all fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve.
  • With direction from your direct leader, create daily plans for your team.
  • Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency.
  • Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pickup and ship‑from‑store workload.
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a guest‑centric team. Support your direct leader in onboarding.
  • With your direct leader, establish clear goals around quality, accuracy and timeliness and hold team members accountable to expectations. Close training gaps through coaching conversations.
  • Ensure the team follows food‑safety guidelines and selects fresh food items for guests.
  • Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked. Partner with your direct leader for ordering.
  • Follow all safe and secure training and processes if applicable.
  • Occasionally assume store‑level leadership on‑duty responsibilities to enable the guest experience during assigned shifts based on store needs.
