We are looking to hire a Contractor Program Manager / Project Integrator to join our team in Dulles, VA.

The Contractor Program Manager / Project Integrator is responsible for overseeing and integrating operational, administrative, and logistical support activities in support of customer mission requirements. This role serves as the primary interface between the customer, stakeholders, and contractor personnel, ensuring mission execution through effective program management, customer engagement, workforce leadership, and coordination of complex operational activities in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, contractor personnel, and key stakeholders for program execution and operational coordination.
  • Manage and integrate project activities to ensure timely and successful completion of mission objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, manage, and direct personnel in dynamic and rapidly changing operational environments.
  • Coordinate complex workloads, schedules, logistics, and operational priorities while maintaining clear communication channels with government customers and stakeholders.
  • Apply business and management principles to improve operational effectiveness, resource allocation, and mission execution.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and continuous evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate coordination efforts involving senior‑level officials, military personnel, law enforcement, foreign dignitaries, and other high‑profile individuals.
  • Support travel coordination and operational logistics for official government guests, including domestic and international movements.
  • Coordinate with interagency partners, including components within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to support travel, security, and operational requirements.
  • Assist with personnel management functions including recruitment coordination, training support, staffing actions, and workforce administration.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, analyze complex problems, and develop cost‑effective solutions to improve program performance.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, operational updates, and status reports to leadership and large audiences as required.
  • Support airport arrival and departure coordination activities involving U.S.

    -based airport authorities and related stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, organizational policies, and customer expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR four (4) additional years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, complexity, and mission relevance.
  • Experience applying business and management principles in operational environments.
  • Experience motivating, managing, and directing personnel in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience coordinating and managing complex, fast‑paced workloads with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service experience, including customer needs assessment, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, ethnic, and professional backgrounds, including military personnel, law enforcement, senior government officials, heads of state, and royalty.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting operational priorities.
Required Security Clearance
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Three (3)+ years of experience facilitating travel for official government guests.
