Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Washington/Dulles International Airport. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with airport policies, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff to ensure efficient airport operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, airport policies, and procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and operational metrics.
• Working side by side with the team
• Has great demeanor, is coachable, and welcomes constructive criticism.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and passengers.
• Be a strong support to a manager

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an airport or transportation environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of airport operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
