Airport Services - Site Supervisor - Dulles International Airport - IAD

Supervisor – Maintenance Services. Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality of maintenance services across North America.

• Provide daily oversight and direction to team members, ensuring operational excellence in personnel scheduling, work order execution, safety, and productivity plans.
• Maintain material availability and handle vendor interactions.
• Interact daily with team members to provide support and on‑the‑job training.
• Strive to improve management, team members, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities.
• Lead in support of the Operational Managers in overseeing operational performance.
• Comply with and support company safety programs and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in airport maintenance services.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
• Ability to work day or night shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 49 lbs, and work in confined areas of baggage conveyor systems.
• Good vision and hand‑eye coordination.

Pay Range: $64,500.00 – $, depending on experience, education, and skills.
