Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (/DD) Residential Services across multiple locations.
- Supervise the daily operations of the sponsored residential program within the Developmental Disabilities Division.
- Supervise all Residential Managers and facility needs, including space, furnishings, and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in regulation and documentation review.
- A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or an acceptable degree is required.
- Must have five years of experience providing casework services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervisory experience within the field is required.
