Overview
Koniag Operations Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support KOS and our government customer in Quantico, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Shift Structure- Monday through Friday:
Government's regular working hours (on-site) - Must be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters, holding full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in dealings with the Government customer
- Designate and develop an alternate PM to ensure continuity of coverage and uninterrupted contract support
- Lead and manage a skilled workforce delivering services consistent with the size, scope, and complexity of the contract requirements
- Ensure contract compliance across all performance areas, including adherence to schedules, deliverables, service level agreements, and quality standards
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence during the Government's regular working hours and ensure rapid response availability outside of core hours
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government stakeholders, providing regular status updates, briefings, and proactive communication to ensure alignment and transparency
- Oversee program financials and resources, including budget management, staffing plans, and strategic resource allocation to maximize efficiency and mission effectiveness
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-service oriented performance across all contract activities
- Manage subcontractor and vendor performance, holding partners accountable to contractual obligations and deliverable quality standards
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive written and verbal communications, including executive-level briefings, status reports, and other required contract documentation
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity
- Proven track record managing government contracts with demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics and customer expectations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of government and corporate leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high‑accountability environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat; skilled in creating complex spreadsheets, professional briefings, and comprehensive written documents
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including providing security briefings and debriefings as required
- Must perform all duties in an extremely professional, customer-service oriented manner
