Sky Bridge Luxury & Associates is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Director to lead a well-established assisted living community in Virginia.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands‑on, servant‑minded leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, developing high‑performing teams, and driving operational excellence. As the senior leader of the community, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations while fostering an engaging environment for residents, families, and associates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership for the day‑to‑day operations of the community.
- Ensure the health, safety, well‑being, and satisfaction of all residents.
- Oversee resident care services and collaborate with nursing and department leaders to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead, mentor, hire, develop, and retain a high‑performing team.
- Drive occupancy through community outreach, relationship building, marketing initiatives, and the resident admissions process.
- Ensure compliance with all Virginia assisted living regulations, licensing requirements, and company standards.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and operational performance.
- Serve as the community leader during state licensing surveys and regulatory inspections.
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, or comparable senior leadership role within assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and regulatory compliance.
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing community operations.
- Strong business acumen with experience driving occupancy and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
- Warm, compassionate, and resident‑focused leadership style.
- Two years of post‑secondary education required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
