We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing lines on our Night Shift teamat

Virginia. This role is all about building capability, coaching and developing frontline leaders, and creating a high-performing culture where teams can thrive.

You'lltake ownership of operational results, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality, people, and performance outcomes are achieved.

• Coach and develop Level 7 operators and frontline leaders
• Drive line performance across safety, quality, yield and OEE
• Lead team performance,labourplanningand payroll activities
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams

• Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG,logisticsor another fast-paced environment
• Strong people leadership,coaching and performance management capability
• Experience leading teams through change and driving operational results
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Continuous improvement mindset with experienceidentifyingopportunities and implementing solutions
