Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: project definition, development, and enhancement efforts, cost management, schedule estimation, risk management, quality assurance, and interacting with senior external personnel.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related business field
• 7+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager leading projects of similar technical scope, type, and complexity
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-task contracts, subcontracts, and technical operations within a multi-vendor environment
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
• Proven track record conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and financial monitoring
