Seven Executive has been engaged to appoint a General Manager for a PE-backed essential services business on the East Coast.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced operational leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving accountability and accelerating profitable growth.

You’ll have full P&L responsibility for a market-leading residential services business, leading a multi-disciplinary leadership team across Operations, Sales, Service, Installation, Customer Experience and Finance.

The business has a strong foundation, an excellent reputation and the resources to support continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating performance, strengthening culture and driving the next phase of growth.

• General Manager or Business Unit leadership experience
• Full P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue, profitability and operational performance
• Experience leading multiple departments within a field service environment
• A proven track record of growing businesses and improving operational performance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build accountability, develop teams and make difficult decisions when required
