In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, clinical expertise, and administrative oversight to an experienced team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and exceptional service. Partnering closely with the Service Director and the Support Coordination leadership team, you will help plan, develop, and advance services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful, person-centered outcomes.
This position is ideal for a highly organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll lead the implementation of new initiatives, navigate changing regulations and mandates, oversee special projects, and ensure compliance with all required policies while advancing strategic priorities across the Developmental Disability Services department.
As a senior leader, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by representing the agency at County, Regional, State, and Community Services Board (CSB) committees and work groups, building partnerships and helping influence the future of developmental disability services.
What You’ll Do:
Inspire, mentor, and supervise a team of experienced Developmental Disability professionals through clinical, administrative, and technical leadership.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and strengthen innovative, high-quality Support Coordination services.
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects that improve services and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while implementing new policies and mandates.
Build strong partnerships by representing the agency on County, Regional, State, and CSB committees and work groups.
Drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of Developmental Disability Services through visionary leadership.

- Manages program budget.
++For CSB Residential, Support Coordination, and Vocational Programs:++
Manages several distinct support coordination programs;
Provides management and senior clinical direction to the program;
Provides guidance for assessments, crisis management, and therapeutic counseling;
Identifies, advocates for, and secures necessary client support services;
Maintains ongoing communication with families, landlords, county programs and agencies, and state agencies;
Establishes and participates in case-oriented consultative and educative planning with community agencies, groups, and schools;
Provides program policy guidance and interpretation;
Monitors and evaluates contracted and directly operated services;
Provides oversight to vocational and contractual services, including clinical and program supervision;
Designs and implements program evaluations, outcome measures, and performance indicators;
