The Project Manager is responsible for comprehensive oversight and coordination of all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including minor building alterations, cyclical maintenance, and management of facilities operations from initiation through completion. This position ensures O&M projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for building managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations.
- Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
- Guarantee all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Serve as primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Secret Clearance required.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing O&M services similar to the requirements of this task order.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
