Salary: Salary range is $50,000-$52,000
Are you passionate about shaping young lives and building stronger communities? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven Regional Director to lead our Youth Development programs in Western Chesterfield. This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a lasting impact.
What You'll DoAs our Regional Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our before/after-school and camp programs, ensuring they're safe, enriching, and inspiring. You'll lead with vision, manage with care, and build a culture of excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records.
- Hire, train, and mentor center directors, and site coordinators.
- Regularly visit sites to assess quality and support staff.
- Lead data collection efforts (e.g., attendance, behavior, surveys).
- Build strong relationships with school administrators and community partners.
- Manage budgets with precision and transparency.
We're seeking a leader who's committed to the Y's mission and thrives in diverse, community-centered environments.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience managing youth programs and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in underserved communities.
- Meets VA licensing requirements for site supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
