Site Project Manager

This opportunity is for experienced structural steel professionals who know that successful projects are won in the field—through proactive problem solving, strong relationships, and keeping steel moving.

You'll represent a nationally recognised structural steel fabricator on major projects across the U.S. Acting as the company's eyes and ears, you'll work alongside GCs, erectors, and project teams to resolve issues, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the steel package is installed as intended.

This is not a crew management role. You won't be responsible for hiring, labour management, or running ironworkers. Instead, you'll focus on protecting the project, solving problems, and keeping schedules on track.

• Travel nationwide to assigned projects
• Represent the company on-site from first steel through final punch
• Coordinate with GCs, erectors, and internal project teams
• Manage delivery sequencing and investigate field issues
• Review drawings and identify practical solutions
• Resolve fabrication, erection, or site-related challenges before they impact the schedule

• Structural steel field experience
• Strong understanding of steel erection
• Ability to read drawings
• Comfortable travelling nationally
