You will facilitate training and coach our service technicians on developing customer rapport, optimizing service calls, and technical skills.
Key Sub Tasks- Conduct weekly and as needed trainings with technicians to develop their service skills.
- Understand sales criteria and hold your team to exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct ride alongs with service technicians and debrief with them afterward.
- Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
- Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Provide technical support for anything and everything HVAC.
