Care Co Home Care is seeking a hard-working, ambitious Branch Manager to lead and grow our Maine operations. This is a full-time, in-office role based out of our Sanford office, for someone who is driven, takes ownership, and is eager to aggressively grow our client base.

While this role is based in our Sanford office, Care Co provides services to clients throughout Maine - so you'll be helping drive growth across the state.
AboutThe Role
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sanford office while taking an active, hands-on role in expanding our reach across Maine. You'll be responsible for building relationships, developing new cases, and helping position Care Co as the go-to home care provider in the region. Responsibilities may include:
- Driving growth by aggressively developing new client cases
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and the local community
- Overseeing daily office operations
- Supporting recruitment and staffing efforts
- Leading and motivating the local team
- Ensuring a high standard of care and client satisfaction
- Hard-working, ambitious, and self-motivated
- A natural relationship-builder with a drive to grow the business
- Comfortable setting aggressive goals and working to exceed them
- Organized and dependable, with strong leadership instincts
- Prior management, sales, or home care experience is a plus
- Salary starts at $50,000
- Performance-based bonuses
