Job DescriptionGeneral Description: The Director of Strategic Scheduling and Enrollment Analytics serves as the college wide leader for scheduling coordination, analytics, governance, and strategic support across a large, multi-campus community college with six campuses and 80+ academic programs. The position promotes consistency in scheduling practices and processes, serves as the primary functional lead for the use and application of data-driven scheduling software, and provides data-informed recommendations to support academic planning and enrollment management decisions college wide.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains college wide scheduling standards and timelines
- Monitors process integrity
- Provides analytical support
- Advises academic leaders on scheduling and enrollment strategies.
- Provides Training, Communication, and Process Documentation
- Supports the development of student-responsive schedules that reflect program requirements, enrollment demand, room capacity, modality needs, course sequencing, and college wide priorities.
- Works in tandem with Campus Provosts, Pathway Councils, Division Deans, Associate Deans, the Registrar’s Office, Enrollment Management, Institutional Research, Information Technology, Facilities, Student Services, and other stakeholders to implement strategic scheduling and enrollment-management goals.
- Make regular requests from employees for updates and input on college decisions and share feedback with supervisors for inclusion in the NOV
